All room rates include either cooked or continental breakfast. The Queen Bedroom/Twin Single and adjoining bathroom are fully equipped for wheel chair and disability requirements.

Payment and Reservation Requirements
Electronic transactions available. Payment 48 hours in advance is required in certain circumstances.
We accept credit card details to secure reservations with no charge being made on your credit card until your arrival on the reservation date.
Cancellation Policy
No charge will be incurred for cancellations 48 hours prior to the reservation date with the exception of major events such as The Balloon Festival, The National Agricultural Field Days, The V8 Super Cars, The Rally of New Zealand and major Rugby matches at Waikato Stadium, etc. A cancellation within 7 days of a major event will incur a cancellation fee of 80% of the agreed tariff.
All cancellations within 48 hours will incur the full tariff originally agreed to unless Shailers Bed and Breakfast are able to find other custom. In this case the amount recovered from the other custom will be deducted.
