Please note: The Queen Room can be made up as a Twin Room. If twin layout is required, book the Queen Room then send an email to Shailers requesting the twin. The Queen/Twin Room and adjoining bathroom are fully equipped for wheelchair and disability requirements.
Booking the Double Room for single occupancy discounts the room to the displayed rate.

Payment and Reservation
Please book using our preferred online booking system above – it provides an instant booking confirmation. However, we also accept credit card details to secure reservations with no charge being made on your credit card until your arrival on the reservation date. Please contact us if you wish to secure a reservation. Electronic debit and credit card transactions are available onsite.

Cancellation Policy
All online bookings are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. (We have no control of this. It is made by the booking engine.)
