Farm Tours
The Shailers own and operate a typical New Zealand dairy farm in the prosperous Waikato region. They calve four-hundred cows each year, and milk the cows on average for ten months from mid-July to mid-May. They offer informative tours of the farm at 9am and 3.30pm. Each tour is designed to suit the unique needs of the visitors, influenced by the seasonal activities at the time. Transport options include riding in a farm vehicle, driving a quad bike, or enjoying a leisurely walk.
Tours:
Inhouse guests $15 per person, 9am or 3:30pm.
Tour including milking cows $30 per person, 3:30pm only.
Tour with two course evening meal $70 per person, 3:30pm only.
