All room rates include cooked and continental breakfasts. The Queen/Twin Room and adjoining bathroom are fully equipped for wheelchair and disability requirements.
Booking the Double Room for single occupancy discounts the room to the displayed rate.
Check-in: After 3:30pm or by arrangement.
Check-out: 10:30am or by arrangement.
Payment and Reservation
Please book using our preferred online booking system above - it provides an instant booking confirmation. However, we also accept credit card details to secure reservations with no charge being made on your credit card until your arrival on the reservation date. Please contact us if you wish to secure a reservation. Electronic debit and credit card transactions are available onsite.
Cancellation Policy
All online bookings are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. No additional charge will be incurred for cancellations 48 hours prior to the reservation date with the exception of major events such as The Balloon Festival, The National Agricultural Fieldays, The V8 Super Cars, The Rally of New Zealand and major Rugby matches at Waikato Stadium, etc.
Cancellations within 48 hours of reservation or within seven days of a major event will incur a cancellation fee which is 100% of the tariff.
